ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER

Why is sisterhood important? Having a healthy and connected community is vital in your life. When you face trials and need support physically, emotionally, or spiritually; having other woman to pray for you, speak words of encourage, and physically support you; you are seeing an example of God’s love here on Earth. He designed us for companionship. He created community for us to stand together empowered to live through our trials with love and support.

REAL TALK: MOTHERHOOD IS CHALLENGING. It’s in these trials that we lean on God’s wisdom and love and the community we find ourselves in. Lately, I have been really struggling with my son. Learning how to love, correct, speak, and raise him and my daughter up has been by far some of my most challenging moments. I have cried, felt defeated, like I did it all wrong, had fun, got mad, grew impatient, felt overwhelmed with joy and all the in between. I am thankful for God and the support of my community. I am grateful God continues to correct and grow me each and every single day.

DO NOT GIVE UP.

No matter what do not ever give up. Know who you are in Christ. God has already laid out your past, present, and future. He knows what happened and what is to come, and he has equipped you for a time such as this. He has given us His word to absorb to strengthen us daily. He has given us community. DO NOT do this journey alone. If you haven’t already, connect yourself with Godly women who will join you in prayer, bible study, and encouragement. You got this mama. Your children have purpose. You have purpose. In God, you are worthy.
