HANDS TO SERVE

HANDS TO SERVE

We hear and read a lot about the Proverbs 31 woman. There is one thing that I truly admire about her every time I read proverbs; the way her hands worked to be of service to God and her family. She had “eager hands.” She not only purchased land, but she planted with her hands and “strong arms.” She used her hands to feed her family and servants, she spun wool and flax, she extended her hands to the needy, her hands made linens and garments, her hands served.

“Honor her for all that her hands have done,”

God calls us to live a life of service to others. When we spend time with him, he pours into us, so we can pour into others, especially our own families. Remember you are an amazing women of God and like others, we are all growing through our journey.

Take moments this week to spend quality time in self care and in your secret place with God. Be intentional with the work that you create, for God has gifted your hands for His good deeds. Do something nice for you. I spent time in prayer and created a vision board to set my intention for the next couple of months; for the work I will be creating in my place of business and with my family. Here are some additional ideas for a fun and intentional self care day.
