7 DAYS OF GRATITUDE
Exercising daily gratitude has been a huge shift in my life. For about 2 years now, I have had a daily gratitude partner. A daily gratitude partner? A very close friend and I text each other daily. We state, “ I am grateful for…….” Lately our texts have become daily prayers as we are into a new season of speaking into our lives, yet I notice how easily we still pray for what we are grateful for. I believe being in gratitude is a mindset and a daily practice. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18
What does it mean to you to live in gratitude? How would it change your life? I have attached a 7 day exercise to provide a simple template of some ways I began my daily gratitude exercise. Each day focuses on a different area of our lives that we can pour gratitude into. A whole two years later have been a huge stretch for me, yet I can say gratitude creates a huge shift in your life.
